The Use of Insults in The Forums of News Sites. The Case of Senegal

The advent of the Internet has generated new ways of communicating remotely via sophisticated technological tools. The forums of information sites are the symbol of this unprecedented phenomenon in the evolution of humanity. However, these new channels come with a number of drawbacks that are of increasing concern to many observers. The favorite insults on social networks are part of these inconveniences. The results showed that it is mostly celebrities who are insulted in French and Wolof. This work has contributed to pointing out a language mutation that has occurred in Senegal.
